Artek is a bootstrapped, founder-led business that provides off-grid electrical solutions for B2B clients—from RV and van upfitters to industrial installations. They’re one of a handful of premier Victron distributors in the U.S., with deep technical know-how and a clear roadmap for growth.
When they first came to First&Third, their original site was functioning – but didn’t reflect their brand or meet their growing operational needs.

We delivered a fully functional Shopify Plus MVP across two stores that spoke to unique audiences – one for B2B and one for Direct-to-Consumer – to streamline operations, reduce manual order handling, and introduce wishlist and bundle functionality tailored to how Artek sells to clients.
Today, Artek finally has the website they’ve envisioned for over 18 months – one that reflects their expertise, supports their team, and aligns with the future of their business. The custom wishlist and bundle tools have become key sales enablers, making it easier to scope, sell, and re-sell complex off-grid packages. The founders remain highly engaged and deeply satisfied.
